L.E. (Lorraine) Hudson is a writer, teacher and consultant. She worked for twenty years in the nonprofit sector on issues of migration, gender-based violence, community health and international solidarity, with roles in communications, fundraising and language education. She holds a BA in International Relations and French and an MEd in Second Language Education from the University of Toronto and is completing an MFA in Creative Nonfiction at the University of King’s College, Halifax. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, she lives, runs, skis and paddles along the Kichesippi (Ottawa River).
